ppvip apps Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services, games and promotional offers on the ppvip apps platform. By opening an account on this platform, a member is considered to have agreed to all the terms set out in this document.

ppvip apps is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, slots and sports betting. The platform operates for Bangladeshi users and all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

To register and use the services on ppvip apps, a member must meet the following conditions:

• Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Only one account may be operated from a single household or a single device.
• Members must use a payment method registered in their own name — use of third-party payment methods is prohibited.

Members must keep their account login details completely confidential. Sharing or disclosing a password to anyone is prohibited. Any suspicion of unauthorised use of an account must be reported to the support team immediately.

• Transferring, selling or renting an account is strictly prohibited.
• The member is personally responsible for all activities that take place on their account.
• ppvip apps may temporarily suspend an account at any time if suspicious activity is detected.
• National ID card or passport details may be requested for account verification.

Identity verification is required when changing a member's email address, mobile number or payment method. The relevant change will not take effect until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on ppvip apps are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party will be cancelled and the associated account may be subject to investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete.
• Withdrawing while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. After receiving this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — for example, a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus giving a balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only once per account, per household and per IP address.
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If a deadline for claiming a bonus is stated, it must be observed.
• ppvip apps reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• ppvip apps reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

All games and betting activities on ppvip apps are governed by specific rules. Members should familiarise themselves with the rules of a game before playing.

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault, ppvip apps will take appropriate action and inform the member.
• If an error is detected in a game or bet, the right to void the result of that round is reserved.
• For sports betting, a bet may be cancelled before the match begins. Separate rules apply to live betting during a match.
• RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is available within the game interface.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Winnings obtained by taking advantage of a software bug or technical fault will not be considered valid.

ppvip apps treats results provided by game providers as final. In the event of a discrepancy between a game provider's server log and casino records, the server log will be considered authoritative.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvip apps platform and will result in permanent account closure if violated:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to influence game results by fraudulent means.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or automated systems.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Attempting to interfere with or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's security systems.

ppvip apps may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If unusual or suspicious transactions are detected on the account.
• If the member becomes subject to an order issued by a court or relevant authority.
• If a self-exclusion request is made in accordance with responsible gaming guidelines.

A member may also request the closure of their account at any time. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses where wagering requirements have not been met) will be returned to the member.

ppvip apps will not be held liable for:

• Any loss suffered by a member due to loss of internet connection.
• Any loss caused by a problem with the member's own device or software.
• Any delay or issue with a third-party payment service.
• Any service disruption caused by force majeure or unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, server attacks).

In the event of a dispute between a member and ppvip apps, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion. The member may contact the support team via live chat or email to submit a complaint, and ppvip apps will respond within a reasonable time.

ppvip apps is committed to protecting members' personal data. The platform uses SSL encryption and modern security technology. Members' data is not sold to any third party.

Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If a member does not agree to the new terms, they may request account closure.
